AzuraView™ Probe Fast qPCR Mix Blue

AzuraView™ Probe Fast qPCR Mix Blue reliably quantifies any DNA template including cDNA, genomic DNA, and low copy number viral DNA sequences. The ready-to-use 2x master mix delivers an increased limit of detection with best-in-class sensitivity, and the inert blue dye simplifies reaction setup and reduces pipetting errors. The advanced 2x formulation allows efficient amplification from GC-rich templates and AT-rich templates, as well as resistance to many common PCR inhibitors.

AzuraView™ Probe Fast qPCR Mix Blue contains an inert blue dye as a convenient pipetting aid. The blue dye does not interfere with DNA synthesis, but will impact the intensity of some fluorescent probes such as Cy5 and Texas Red. For complex multiplex reactions that include these fluorophores, AzuraView™ Probe Fast qPCR Mix is also available in a colorless version.
