Our 30 mL and and 50 mL centrifuge tubes are made of premium polypropylene for clarity and centrifugal strength. Tubes and caps may be frozen at temperatures as low as -86˚C. These free standing centrigue tubes have a flat screw cap.

The maximum centrifugal force is 7,000xg for the 30 mL tubes and 15,000xg for the 50 mL tubes*. Caps have a flat top surface for easy marking and labeling. These centrigue tubes feature a ‘skirted’ bottom that allows the tubes to stand upright without a separate test tube rack. This series of centrifuge tubes, self-standing or not, are leakproof to 95 kPa/14psi.
*Refers to liquids with a specific gravity of 1.0, using appropriate rotors, cushions, and adapters.
